Next Thursday 1/23 from 6-730 we welcome 12th Graders and their parents to learn more about financial aid for college and complete the FAFSA or the CADA. We encourage all 12th grade students to attend no matter what their plans are for after high school. We hope to see you there!
Semester 1 Report Cards are now available in Aeries. We encourage you to log in and check your student's most recent progress report. Semester 1 grades are final, permanent grades that determine graduation status.
TO VIEW ON AERIES APP
The first step is Logging in to your AERIES APP. Once you are logged in select Report Cards. You will see all the report cards on file for the selected student. Each report card in the list shows which school it's from, the year, grade, term, and date of the report.
Below that, it offers buttons to download the report card in any language that has been made available. The report card itself is in the form of a PDF you can download to your mobile device.
Once downloaded, you can email it or share it with yourself to view on a desktop computer.
TO VIEW ON COMPUTER
If you want to check grades on your computer please log into Aeries. Once you enter Aeries you will see AERIES Student and you will select Grades. Then you will select Report Card History. Once you select Report Card you can then select the grading period and view the most report card.

Join us Thursday, November 14th from 6-7:30pm for a Preview Night at Tomales High School! This event is to showcase why families are choosing to send their middle school students to Tomales High School.
Tomales High School is a small, rural high school with an exceptional student to teacher ratio, located 20 minutes outside of Petaluma and Rohnert Park, and 25 minutes outside of Sebastopol in the town of Tomales. We welcome interdistrict transfers and are ready to support families with the process.
The evening will start with a brief welcome by our Principal from 6-6:10pm in the Auditorium (signs and students will direct you). The rest of the evening will give families the opportunity to explore our campus and visit with teachers and staff, parent and student clubs, athletics, and counseling and student services. Guided tours will also be available. It's also our THS boys and girls basketball team's opening night in the gym!

Our community partner, 10,000 Degrees and their academic success tutors joined our 12th grade English classes to support their College & Scholarship Essay workshop.
College Board announced that Tomales High School has been named to the 2024 Advanced Placement® Program (AP®) School Honor Roll, earning Bronze distinction.
The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs are delivering results for students while broadening access. Schools can earn this recognition annually based on criteria that reflect a commitment to increasing college-going culture, providing opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness.
Tomales High School had 47% of seniors who took at least one AP Exam during high school, 38% of seniors scoring a 3 or higher on at least one AP Exam, and 3% of seniors who took five or more AP Exams!

The PHC Mobile Clinic will be at THS on October 29th from 1130-430. This is a great opportunity for winter athletes to get their annual sports physical if needed. Please see the attached flyer to sign up for an appointment. Walk ins are also welcome.
Progress Reports for the first grading period are now available in the parent portal on Aeries. Check the most recent parent square message for instructions on how to view your student's digital report card in Aeries.
Checking your student's grades regularly is an important way to help them stay on top of their work and graduation status.

Tomales High School will host its annual Back to School Night on August 28, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Doors will open at 5:30 PM for schedule pick-up, and the event will kick off at 6:00 PM in the gym.
Additionally, the senior class will be selling spaghetti plates to help fundraise for their senior trip. We strongly encourage all parents to attend this event and engage in their students' education. Your presence is vital to fostering a supportive school community.
