Dear Tomales High parents,
The third quarter grading period closed last week. We encourage you to log in and check your student's most recent progress report. Attached you will find a document with the steps on how to check your student's grades in the AERIES App and on your computer.
TO VIEW ON AERIES APP
The first step is Logging in to your AERIES APP. Once you are logged in select Report Cards. You will see all the report cards on file for the selected student. Each report card in the list shows which school it's from, the year, grade, term, and date of the report.
Below that, it offers buttons to download the report card in any language that has been made available. The report card itself is in the form of a PDF you can download to your mobile device.
Once downloaded, you can email it or share it with yourself to view on a desktop computer.
TO VIEW ON COMPUTER
If you want to check grades on your computer please log into Aeries. Once you enter
Aeries you will see AERIES Student and you will select Grades.
Then you will select Report Card History
Once you select Report Card you can then select the grading period and view the report card.
