Parents and guardians,
Sign-ups for the 2024 AP exams are now open until November 3rd. The 2024 AP Exams will take place in May of 2024, see the schedule of exams here. The AP exams are a great opportunity for your child to earn college credit and demonstrate their mastery of a subject. Doing well on the exam can potentially save them time and money in college.
Exams are optional and not required to pass the AP course. If your child is interested in signing up for the exam, please make sure they fill out the online sign-up form their teachers shared with them or reach out to me with any questions or concerns. There will be no fee for AP Exams at Tomales High School. Students are only required to pay a $40 cancellation fee if they miss or cancel their test after November 15th. There will be no late sign-ups accepted after the Sign Ups closes on November 3rd.
Please note that accommodations are available for students with disabilities. If your child requires accommodations for the exam, please reach out to me by December 2023 to ensure that there is enough time to process the request through CollegeBoard.
